I was hoping for a few more options, but the menu felt small compared to other places I’ve been. It’s fine if you’re not picky, but I had a hard time finding something I really wanted.

I’m not even sure if this started last week or the week before, but at some point I reached out to support and the whole thing just went downhill. The person I dealt with came off really rude and didn’t seem to care about helping me at all. I kept feeling like I had to repeat myself, and by the end I was more frustrated than when I started

I’m not ordering again. The bagels showed up completely smashed, and the box was barely taped shut. One of the bags inside was even open. For the price, I really expected them to at least be packed properly.

I ordered a simple bagel delivery, but it took way longer than expected. By the time the bagels finally showed up, they were kind of cold, which was frustrating. It felt like the order just wasn’t made much of a priority.

The bagels themselves were fine, but the cream cheese was disappointing. I tried the scallion, and compared to other bagel spots I’ve been to, this one tasted kind of old and watery. It barely had any scallion flavor, mostly just salt. For what they’re charging, I expected something a lot better. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.

The bagels were good, and my order did go through without any real issues, so I want to be fair about that. The main downside was the website felt a little clunky, and the delivery details weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not quite as easy or smooth as I expected. I’d probably give it another try.

I was kind of confused because the email made it sound like something different, but when I actually got there, it was just average bagels at a really high price. They weren’t bad, just definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

I grabbed a sandwich from Bagel Boss recently, it wasn’t really worth it. The bagel itself was fine, but the inside felt thrown together and didn’t taste as fresh as I was hoping.

There was barely any meat, and the lettuce was wilted, which was a letdown considering the price. If you’re ordering from there, I’d probably stick to the bagels or something simpler instead of the sandwiches.
Maybe I just caught them on an off day, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but I wouldn’t get that sandwich again. Just a heads-up for anyone nearby thinking about ordering one.

The portions were tiny. Like, I get that some places do smaller servings, but this felt way too little for what I paid. Food was gone in a few bites, so yeah, not really worth it for me.

I grabbed a coffee and an iced drink with my bagel, and they were just okay. Nothing was terrible, but the coffee tasted a bit weak and the iced drink was mostly ice. They kind of make it sound like the drinks are going to be something special, but it felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really pan out. Fine if you’re already there for food, but I wouldn’t make a separate trip for the drinks

I had an issue with my order and contacted them thinking they’d help sort it out, but I ended up regretting the whole purchase. It took way too long to get a reply that was even remotely useful, and the whole thing just felt like nobody really cared. Nothing ever got fixed, so I was left frustrated and wishing I’d spent my money somewhere else. I wouldn’t order from bagelboss.com again.

I ordered Bagel Boss catering for a small office breakfast, thinking it would be an easy, reliable choice, but it ended up being more stressful than expected. The delivery was late, a few items we paid for never showed up, and while the bagels were fine, the spreads were just tossed in without labels, which made everything awkward to set up.

I figured at that price point the order would feel a little more organized and professional. When I called afterward, I got transferred around and didn’t really get an apology or any kind of solution. Maybe they’re better for quick individual orders, but for catering, I wouldn’t use them again

I stopped in to grab bagels, but the store just didn’t feel clean. The tables were sticky, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the counter area looked messy. I tried mentioning it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read or paid attention to what I said. It really turned me off from eating there.

I felt rushed the whole time and pretty much ignored. The staff didn’t seem friendly at all, more like I was interrupting their day by being a customer. Always a great feeling...
